5 Blogging Strategies For Success…..
Blogging is now becoming an even more important tool in the Internet world to communicate to a targeted audience. This is evident by the growing number of blogs published each day.
How are you using this tool and what can you do to improve your strategies to get a larger audience and find success as a blogger?
Here are 5 Blogging strategies for success….
1. Be honest, open and helpful…. Make this a top priority in all your communications. Make this your ethos….. Your readers will get to know you, will want to come back for more useful content, and will more than likely trust your recommendations when you make an offering.
2. Use catchy titles in your articles to engage your readers…
Use titles that will draw them in by getting them to think…. What? How? Why? Where? or When?… Think about what an internet surfer is interested in? Are you going to get their attention through making them curious by using a controversial title?…. Or are they looking for information, so a “How To Title” could be used….. Find titles that use words that people in your niche would search for. Search engines will find it, if those key words are randomly scattered though out your text, (Mainly in the intro and conclusion) This is called Search Engine Optimization ( SEO )
3. Keep building your content…… Content on any Blog is Key and must cover what is promised in your head line!!!! This must be presented in a fresh clean style. Most readers like to be taken in quick steps, so if possible number your points or use bullet points. If you use numbers make them odd numbers as these seem to work best. The only other exception to this rule is when the “Top 10″ is used.
4. Try to keep your blog content relative to your Web site….. People coming back will expect to find new content related to what they are looking for.
5. Make your Blog navigable……. This is done by putting each article into a category and using tag words to describe it. This is so any visitor can go into your archives and search out any articles quickly and easily.**Very Important to do this**. Use Internal links to help the reader find further information within your blog that might be of interest.
